At Alas Artwork, every piece is produced to order and crafted specifically for each customer.

Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed. Once completed, your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated production times vary depending on the artwork, size, and destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
